Want to know where your order is? You can check its status and tracking details at any time.

Option 1: Check your account

Sign in to My Account with the email address you used at checkout. We'll email you a one-time code, so no password is needed. All your orders are listed there with their latest status and tracking links.

Option 2: Use your shipping confirmation email

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to your order status page. If you can't find it, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery takes 7–14 business days after processing. See our Shipping Policy for details.
