When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery takes 7–14 business days after processing. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the United States and selected international destinations. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.

How can I track my order?

We will email your tracking number once your order ships. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of its estimated delivery date, contact info@mypetitecar.com.

How do I request a return?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Eligible items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. We will provide return instructions. Read our Return & Refund Policy for exclusions and full details.

When will I receive my refund?

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

Contact us to arrange an exchange. Replacements are available for defective or damaged items under our return policy.
